Very briefly we can arrange mortgages of -

up to 80% of the value or purchase price of the property.

Rate are based in Euros and linked usually to the Euribor rate.

Interest only and capital repayments are available.

Eligibility

UK or Irish residents; or, UK or Irish expatriates retaining UK or Irish banking facilities

Must be at least 21 years old (70 or under at loan maturity) with a clean credit history, and stable earnings

Applicants are assessed on individual affordability
