The Polaris World Golf resorts concept is, we feel, one of the most imaginative and ambitious developments ever launched in Spain. The plan, which is already well advanced, is to build a number of golf resorts designed by the Jack Nicklaus corporation in the up and coming are of Spain known as Murcia.

All the resorts are secure gated communities, which you can live on, have a holiday home or use as a rented property - which ever you prefer. The resorts, which will make up the Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail, have all been strategically located close to the beach, airports and to each other. The important concept here is that if you buy on one you can play on all courses. If you are looking to buy to let then your holiday tenants can choose to play on a different Jack Nicklaus designed golf course every day of their holiday.

A bus service will be provided to link all of the resorts so traveling to play on another course or to visit another restaurant will be easy.
