Buying property abroad can be a stressful experience. We aim to help you buy your new property in Polaris World or any of our other golf property as easily as possible. Part of this process is our inspection trip. As we have an excellent range of golf property to choose from, you may feel that a no pressure trip would be helpful.

If you are interested in a Polaris World inspection trip we offer the following -

• you will be met at the airport by your consultant and taken to your five star hotel, which is pictured above. This saves the cost and stress of hiring a car.
• we will arrange for 2-3 nights accommodation in a quality hotel for you at our expense.
• your consultant will confirm with you the type of property you are looking for and your budget.
• your consultant will the show you the properties we have that match your requirements. As well as showing you a range of Golf Properties including Polaris World, your consultant will take time to show you the area.
• if you wish to buy you can be introduced to local independent lawyers and mortgage advisers if you need this help.
• whether you buy on the trip or prefer to go home to mull over your thoughts you will be dealt with by courteous professional staff at all times and be taken back to the airport in good time for your flight.
• at no time will you be pressured in to a sale. We want you to be happy with your new property and recommend us to your friends. We know pressure selling will not achieve this.
